Tidbit ("the App") is built and operated by Tou Much LLC ("we," "us," "our"). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Tidbit has not launched yet. This policy covers the Tidbit website at heytidbit.com and its waitlist. We will update it before the App becomes available.
The short version: We don't sell your data. We don't run ads. We collect the minimum information needed to run the waitlist and tell you when Tidbit launches.
Information We Collect
Waitlist Email Address. When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you enter. We use it only to send you updates about Tidbit, such as the launch announcement.
Signup Details. Alongside your email address we record the date and time you joined and the country you signed up from. This helps us understand where interest in Tidbit is coming from.
Analytics Data. We use privacy-friendly analytics to see aggregate usage patterns, such as how many people visit the website. This data does not use cookies and cannot be used to identify you personally.
Security Data. To protect the waitlist from spam and automated signups, basic technical details such as your IP address and browser type are processed when you submit the form.
Information We Do Not Collect
The website does not collect your name, phone number, precise location, health information, contacts, or photos. It does not require you to create an account.
Third-Party Services
- Cloudflare hosts the website, stores the waitlist, provides anonymized analytics, and protects the signup form from spam.
We do not integrate any advertising networks, social media trackers, or data brokers.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.
Anonymized, aggregated data may be shared internally for analysis purposes. It cannot identify individual users.
Data Retention
We keep your waitlist email address until you ask us to remove it or until the waitlist is no longer needed. Analytics data follows Cloudflare's standard retention policies.
Children's Privacy
Tidbit is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your Choices
You can leave the waitlist and have your email address deleted at any time by emailing privacy@toumuch.com from the address you signed up with. You can also ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes means acceptance of the revised policy.
